  1. I am knitting First Frost that was published in issue 140 (December2015) of Simply Knitting magazine. However after I have separated the body and sleeves and started BODY it says to Pattern to marker A, work Side Panel pattern to next marker A, slip marker A etc....trouble is there is no Side Panel pattern printed, only the Back Panel and the Right and Left Panels. Also I think Row 3 in the Right Panel is wrong - it says P5, K4 and I think it should be K4, P5.

    1. Hi there, the side panel is a 4 row repeat that is worked in the following order:

      Row 1 (RS): Purl.
      Rows 2 & 4: Purl.
      Row 3: Knit.
Repeat these 4 rows for pattern.

This creates a stacked garter ridge along the side of the cardigan.
